Our testing is much broader than most testing by other AI vendors, and goes way beyond simple race and gender testing.

Based on these tests, we found no adverse impact on people who identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), dyslexia, cognitive disorder, physical disability and non-native English speakers. PredictiveHire's suitability scores also did not adversely impact people belonging to the binary gender groups (male/female), race groups and age groups we tested for.
