In the vacancy list in Edge, there are two options - to Edit or Archive a vacancy.
Editing a vacancy
Use Edit to change the vacancy name, description and hiring manager contact details… and to add additional information via some new fields - Cohort Region, State, Location, and Department.
You don’t need to fill out all of these fields, but we’ve added them so you can add more detail to your vacancies to help you better manage them.
Archiving a vacancy
Archiving a vacancy will hide it from the vacancy list but won’t delete all your data. It makes it easier to manage your vacancies and clean up old ones that are no longer being used.
If you do archive a vacancy by mistake, no worries! Just shoot a note to email@example.com and we’ll have it unarchived and back to your list in a jiffy.
