Our algorithms search for traits which are common to all customers, such as prior work experience, language fluency, communication and work ethic. 

Then for each customer and role type, we apply additional algorithms that test for the traits unique to that industry and/or business - e.g. for retail we might test for safety awareness and adherence, customer orientation, team collaboration, speed and learning agility; while for sales we might test for traits like conscientiousness, resilience, intrinsic motivations, openness to experience, and intention to stay in a role.
